About Me
I’m Rositsa – and fitness has been my passion for as long as I can remember.
Alongside my career in digital marketing, I spent years studying how training, nutrition and recovery actually work together — not just for performance, but for long-term health and vitality.
What started as personal research became a structured system. I tested everything on myself first — different training splits, macro approaches, supplement protocols, recovery strategies.
SmartShape is the result of that journey.
I built it for women over 35 who want to feel strong, look great and live well — without extreme diets, without obsessive routines, without giving up the things they love.
Because real results come from consistency, not perfection.
